Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours — 1 night's charge applies.
  • No-show — full first-night amount is non-refundable.
  • Peak & festive season bookings — 50% non-refundable at time of booking.

Payment Policy

  • Advance payment of 30% required to confirm bookings.
  • Balance payable at check-in.
  • We accept UPI, NEFT, major credit / debit cards, and cash.
  • GST invoice provided on request.

  • Standard check-in: 12:00 PM
  • Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in subject to availability — charges may apply.
  • Late check-out up to 4 PM — 50% of daily rate. Beyond 4 PM — full day charge.
